Today is the saddest day of our lives especially for us young parents losing their son unexpectedly.

Our baby,

Jeremiah Josiah Castillo-Medina, was born on 12/12/25, weighing only 1lb. 10.4oz. From the very beginning, he faced heart problems and other serious conditions, but he fought bravely for four months. On 4/27/26, God gained another baby angel. Jeremiah's wings were ready, but our hearts weren't.

Our baby boy was sick since birth, and every day with him was a blessing. The pain of losing him is something no parent should ever have to feel. We want to honor Jeremiah's memory and give him the peaceful farewell he deserves, free from pain and suffering.

Jeremiah Josiah was surrounded by his parents Shynise Medina(Mother), Jose Castillo(Father) who Loves him dearly, along side his two siblings his (Big Sister) Eliany and (Big Brother) Jose Castillo-Medina who they loved, enjoyed seeing, spending quality time and cuddling with Jeremiah every moment they had.

Jeremiah Josiah was also surrounded by many loved ones including multiple Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents, Great Grandparents, Cousins and a lot of friends of the family that loved Jeremiah so much. Jeremiah Josiah gained his wings and is in a better place with our Lord and Savior dancing in the skies waiting to see us all on the other side when our times comes. Baby Jeremiah will now and forever be our guardian angel watching over us, Mommy and Daddy whenever you feel sad just look up at the skies and talk to me I'm listening and will be in your hearts until you come home to be with me.

A Letter From Heaven to Mommy & Daddy

I know you had big plans for me that won't ever come true; But God's plans are greater and His plans always come through. I know you loved me then, as much as you do now, but please don't cry for me because I get to sleep in Heaven's Nursery now. You see this place is the perfect place, for people just like me; l've made all sorts of new-found friends and I got to meet some that you already once knew; Each day we laugh and play while we wait on you. Stay close to God while you live and when it's your time to go, I'll be there at the gate waiting to hold you close to me just like God will also.
