Jean E. (Walker) Fahs

YORK- Jean E. (Walker) Fahs, 86, died on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at her residence.

A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd., York with the Reverend Eddie D.D. Miller officiating. A viewing will be from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.

Born on January 17, 1937 in Lower Chanceford Twp., she was the daughter of the late John L. and Clara V. (Kuchner) Walker. Jean was a homemaker.

Jean was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church. She loved cooking, baking, gardening, interior design and dogs.

Jean is survived by her grandson, Matthew Caudill and his wife, Kristine of York; and two great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Caudill and Vidia Caudill. She was preceded in death by her son, Rodney R. Caudill; and daughter, Trina Fahs.
