YORK – Jan I. Barnhart, 54, passed away Thursday, December 21, 2023 at his home.
A visitation will be held from 6-8:00 PM Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion. Private burial will be in Bethlehem Stonepile Cemetery.
Born January 1, 1969 in York, a son of the late Raoul W. and Esther M. (Griffith) Barnhart, he was a 1986 graduate of York Vo-Tech. Jan retired from Harley Davidson, Inc. after 30 years of service. He enjoyed all things Harley Davidson and loved riding his motorcycles.
Jan is survived by a brother, Todd A. Barnhart of Glen Rock; two sisters, Kim A. Wolfe and companion Kevin Lloyd of Dallastown and Sherry L. Bowman of Dover; nieces and nephews; and two stepdaughters, Erica Melhorn of Dallastown and Rachel Sparks of Florida.
