James H. Holtzapple

RENOVO - James H. "Jim" Holtzapple, age 66, of Westport, died at Bucktail Medical Center on Monday, June 14, 2010. Jim was born in Renovo on Jan. 6, 1944, a son of the late Francis M. Holtzapple and A. Elizabeth Holtzapple of Westport. Jim was a laborer for the Berwick Forge Co. for many years, was Methodist by faith, and was an accomplished carpenter. Besides his mother, he is survived by his daughter: Tara Jean (Warren) Leeder of Pittsburgh, and grandchildren: Brandon and MacKenzie. Jim was preceded by a son : Troy and a brother: Francis. Memorial services will be held at the graveside at North Bend Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 18, 2010 with Rev. Robert Pickering officiating. Memorials are requested to Bucktail Medical Center. Maxwell Funeral Home of Renovo is in charge of the arrangements.
