James F. Overdorff, Jr.

WINDSOR – James F. Overdorff, Jr., 77, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2022 at ProMedica Dallastown. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, March 10, 2022 at Manchester Union Cemetery, 50 Maple Street, Manchester. Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion is in charge of arrangements. Born September 13, 1944 in York, a son of the late Frances (Gruendler) and James Overdorff, Sr.; he spent a majority of his career as an automotive mechanics teacher in Florida, but also worked as a mechanic at a York area car dealership. He had a great fondness for cars and loved working on them with his friends. Mr. Overdorff is survived by aunts and cousins.
