Jack E. Cave, Sr.

RED LION- Jack E. Cave, Sr., 70, of Chanceford Township died Monday, October 10, 2011 at York Hospital. He leaves his companion Delores E. Evitts. Services will be private. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York is in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Cave was born in Manchester on September 2, 1941, a son of the late Robert C. and Margaret D. (Topper) Cave. Mr. Cave was a member of Red Lion Moose Lodge #148 and the Girard Club in York. Mr. Cave leaves a son, Jack E. Cave, Jr., of Stafford, VA; a daughter, Theresa M. Harmon of Tampa, FL; seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren; five brothers, Robert Cave and his wife Dorothy of San Diego, CA, David Love, Jr., and his wife Rebecca of York; Larry Love and his wife Linda of Dover, Jeffrey Love and his wife Joyce of Dover, and Dennis Cave and his wife Christine of Tampa FL; three sisters, Michelle Wagner and her husband Leroy of York, Kimberly Hunter and her husband Fred of Dover, and Bonnie Pray and her husband Jack of Tampa FL; and nieces and nephews. A daughter, Mary L. Black and a sister, Gloria Shay preceded him in death. Memorial contributions may be made to a favorite charity.
