Isabel E. (Neff) Rohrbaugh

Isabel E. (Neff) Rohrbaugh, 98, of Red Lion, passed away Thursday, March 5, 2026 at Misericordia Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was the wife of the late Robert L. Rohrbaugh.

A graveside service will be held at 12:00 PM on Monday, March 9, 2026 at Red Lion Zion Cemetery, 1155 Felton Road, Red Lion with her Pastor, The Rev. Albert R. Horst officiating. Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion is honored to serve the family.

She was born on December 28, 1927 in Adamsville, a daughter of the late Emanuel and Lillie M. (Snyder) Neff. Mrs. Rohrbaugh was a 1945 graduate of Red Lion Area High School and then earned her Registered Nurse degree from York Hospital. She retired from Rest Haven – York after 23 years as an RN. Isabel was involved with the activity groups at Equine Meadows and a member of York Hospital Alumni. She enjoyed knitting and needlework, dedicating many hours to create beautiful items that she generously donated to various charities. Her craftsmanship not only exemplified her artistic talents but also her deep compassion for others. In addition to her creative pursuits, she found solace and joy in reading.

Mrs. Rohrbaugh is survived by a son, Robert M. Rohrbaugh, MD and his wife Ellen Quinn of Gilford, CT; a daughter, Joan E. Troutman and her husband William Troutman of Elizabethtown; two grandchildren, Lindsay and Billy Troutman. She was preceded in death by a sister, Miriam Godrey; and a kinship brother, Mason Smith.
