Henry Massa

YORK – Henry Massa, 67, passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at his home. He was the husband of Kimberly C. (Parker) Massa to whom he was married for five years. A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 6:00 PM Sunday, June 25, 2017 at New Life For Girls, 5925 Lewisberry Road, Dover. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York is in charge of arrangements. Born November 9, 1949 in New York City, Henry earned his Master’s Degree from Liberty University. He retired as a counselor at York County Prison after 23 years of service. Mr. Massa was a member of Gateway Church and the Motorcycle Club at New Life For Girls. In addition to his wife, Henry is survived by a daughter, Monique Burgos of Burke, VA; two stepdaughters, Aleah A. Shams of York and Sheelah S. Shams of San Diego, CA; and a sister, Gladys Garcia of Yonkers, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to New Life For Girls, 5925 Lewisberry Rd, Dover, PA 17315.
