FELTON- Grace M. (Hake) Stiffler, 84, died on Friday, January 26, 2018 at York Hospital. She was the wife of the late Benjamin S. Stiffler. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, January 29, 2018 at Cross Roads United Methodist Church, 6881 Church Rd., Felton, with Pastor Troy R. Harrold officiating. A viewing will be from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Pl., Red Lion is in charge of arrangements. Born on April 24, 1933 in Dover Twp., she was a daughter of the late Wilbur E. and Elsie M. (Wallace) Hake. Grace worked at GTE for many years until her retirement. Mrs. Stiffler was a member of Cross Roads United Methodist Church where she was a member of the United Methodist Women and Willing Workers Bible Class. Grace also enjoyed traveling. Mrs. Stiffler is survived by four children, Debra A. Shanbarger and husband, Michael of Felton, Cherill E. Temple and husband Rodger of Muncy, Jay S. Stiffler and wife, Judy of Felton and Lisa R. Tompkins and husband, David of Felton; seven grandchildren, Victor Marquardt, Benjamin Marquardt, Jason Stiffler, Eric Temple, Brent Temple, Sara Garcia and Nathan Tompkins; three step granddaughters; 12 great grandchildren; 13 step great grandchildren; one brother, Leroy Hake and wife, Justine of Dover; and one sister, Donna Staub and husband, William of Dover. She was preceded in death by one brother, Richard Hake. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cross Roads United Methodist Church, 6881 Church Rd., Felton, PA 17322.
