Gladys I. (Anderson) Eichelberger

WRIGHTSVILLE- Gladys I. (Anderson) Eichelberger, 87, died on Friday, March 15, 2013 at her residence. She was the wife of the late Wilbur W. Eichelberger, Sr., who died on December 13, 1982. Services for Mrs. Eichelberger are private at the convenience of the family. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Pl., Red Lion is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Eichelberger was born on December 1, 1925 in Chanceford Twp. She worked for many years as a laborer for Borg-Warner and later was a homemaker. Mrs. Eichelberger enjoyed crocheting, quilting, gardening and word search puzzles. Gladys is survived by one son, Terry Eichelberger of Wrightsville; one daughter, Sandy Eichelberger of Airville; four grandchildren, Kenneth Eichelberger, Kevin Eichelberger, Nichole McCauley and Russell Mellinger; two great grandchildren, Breelynn Leik and Karrissa McCauley; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sons, Wilbur W. Eichelberger, Jr. and Edward A. Eichelberger. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, 50 E. King St., York, PA 17401.
