George A. Sidesinger, Sr

York—George A. Sidesinger, Sr., 89, died Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Phyllis J. (Billett) Sidesinger to whom he was married for 60 years. A Graveside Service will be 11 AM, Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Mt. Rose Cemetery, 1502 Mt. Rose Ave, York with Certified Celebrant Betty Frey officiating. Full military honors will be provided by the York County Veterans Honor Guard. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd, York is in charge of arrangements. He was the small business owner of Sidesinger Roofing and Siding and Sidesinger Auto Sales. George was a United States Army Veteran of World War II. In addition to his wife, Mr. Sidesinger is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
