YORK TOWNSHIP- Gennaro J. "Jerry" Assorgi, 63, of York, passed away, Monday, March 2, 2009 at his residence. He was the husband of Elaine L. (Scheibel) Assorgi. A visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. on Friday, with a Celebration of Life Service at 6 p.m. at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York. Memorial contributions may be made to York Cancer Center, Patient Help Fund, suite 194, York, PA 17403.
