Gary Raymond Reed, Sr.

RENOVO - Gary Raymond Reed, Sr., 50, a former resident of Renovo passed away Monday, February 5, 2007 at Altoona Hospital after being admitted on Sunday. Born April 19, 1956 in Lock Haven he was the son of the late William H.F. & Verda Mae (Hess) Reed. Gary enjoyed camping and spending time with his dog Apache. Surviving are his companion Janet Beatty of Altoona Two Sons: Gary R. Reed, Jr. of Altoona and Barry W. of Fort Campbell, KY Six grandchildren Jeremy, Zachary, Sterling, Chase, Aubrey and Bryce Foster Brother Charles Watkins of Woolrich Sister Jewel (Sam) Moore of Mill Hall Nephews William & Matthew Minihan and Chad Moore Niece Brandy Moore Several Great Nieces and Nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Raymond Paul Reed. The funeral service will be held 7:00 P.M. Thursday, February 8, 2007 at the Maxwell Funeral Home, 205 Fifth Street, Renovo. Friends and relatives will be received at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Private interment will be at North Bend Cemetery.
