Gail E. (Bell) Simpson

YORK – Gail E. (Bell) Simpson, 77, passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at her home.

Born May 11, 1946 in Windsor, Mrs. Simpson was a daughter of the late Warren and Pauline (Koons) Bell. Mrs. Simpson was a graduate of William Penn Highschool, and worked for over 18 years as a house keeper for SpirTrust Lutheran.

Mrs. Simpson is survived by a son, Christopher Simpson and his wife Karie; a daughter Dareth Simpson and her partner, David deJesus; three grandchildren, Nathan Simpson, Kyle Simpson, and Samia deJesus; four great grandchildren, Camden Simpson, Eve’alenna Simpson, Miarose Simpson, and Kolby Simpson; a brother, David Bell and his wife Terrie; a sister, Nancy Ziegler, and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Simpson is preceded in death by a brother, Nathaniel Bell.

All services will be private at the convenience of the family. Heffner Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc. is in charge of arrangements.
