G. Patricia Hyde

YORK – G. Patricia “Patsy” (Kelly) Hyde, 91, passed away Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Country Meadows of York – West. She was the wife of Jack E. Hyde with whom she celebrated 25 years of marriage on October 24, 2018. A visitation will be held from 1-2:00 PM Sunday, December 2, 2018 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York. Private burial will be in St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery. Born February 16, 1927 in York a daughter of the late Jack and Mary Viola (Sponsler) Kelly, she was a 1945 graduate of York Catholic High School. Patsy retired from Spring Garden Township in 1992 after 29 years of service. She was a member of White Rose Bridge Club. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Hyde is survived by a son, Thomas C. and wife Darlene Pfeiffer of Birdsboro, Berks Co.; a stepdaughter, Anita M. and husband David Lowe of Fawn Grove; a stepson, Mark S. and wife Diane Hyde of Kissimmee, FL; 12 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and a brother, John W. Kelly of York. She was preceded in death by two sons, Jerry and Michael Pfeiffer; a stepson, Wayne E. Hyde; and a sister, Dolores K. Hyde.
