Frederick G. 'Fred' Vail

Dallastown—Frederick G. “Fred” Vail, 66, died Monday, April 9, 2012 at York Hospital. A Celebration of Life Service will be private at the convenience of the family. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd, York is in charge of arrangements. Born February 5, 1946 in Harrisburg, he was a son of the late Paul G. and Beulah B. (Bingman) Vail. He was employed with Precision Carbide Tooling, Inc in Red Lion as a tool and die maker for 10 years. Fred was a Life Member of Dallastown Rescue Fire Company #1. Mr. Vail is survived by a daughter, Julie A. Kurek, her husband, Jeff and their child, Kyle; a son, Brian Scott Vail, his wife, Nina and children, Zackery, Keeley and Kinsley.
