MARIETTA – Franklin M. Reksid, 61, was called to eternal rest Monday, November 24, 2025, at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

A Celebration of Life Tribute Service will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday, November 29, 2025, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 47 W. Main St., Mt. Joy, PA 17552, with Pastor Mike Martine officiating. A visitation will be held from 9:00-10:00 AM at the church. A private burial will take place at a later date.

Born February 16, 1964, in Koror, Palau, he was the son of the late Franz B. and Theofina “Bina” Madd Reksid. He was raised on the island of Saipan, of what is now the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, where he lived with his parents and baby sister, Jeanne, until he was 14. Sent to high school in Torrance, CA, Frank initially lived with his uncles on his mother’s side, John & Barbara Marumoto and Herman & Yaeko Marumoto. After high school he lived in the Torrance area until the early-90’s when his first daughter Chelsea was born. He left the states to join his parents and sister in Guam where they had relocated to. Guam is where he met his wife Tanya and their daughter Marina and where his third daughter Jasmynn was born. By 2000, he had settled his little family in Lancaster, PA where his baby girl, Aaliyah Jeanne was born. Frank worked for Lancaster General Hospital for over 20 years and worked his way up in IT to be a project lead. Outside of his hard work, he attended Trinity Lutheran Church. He had a love for cooking and was known for throwing barbeque get-togethers for family and friends. Above all else, he adored spending time with his daughters and was a doting, loving father.

Surviving are his four daughters, Chelsea Galindo, Marina Benavente, Jasmynn Reksid, and Aaliyah Reksid; two grandchildren, Ellie and Jay Galindo; a nephew, Christopher “Chris” Loy Reksid-San Nicolas; and many more loving family and friends in Palau, Guam, Saipan, California and here in Pennsylvania. He is preceded in death by his sister, Jeanne Reksid-San Nicolas and her husband, Eloy.
