Avis, PA Francis L. Murphy,86 died Saturday, January 20, 2007 at his residence. Born in Lock Haven, PA on June 13, 1920. Mr. Murphy was retired from Hammermill Paper Co., after 41 years. He was Episcopal by faith and enjoyed traveling. Surviving are one Son: Elwood Murphy of Jersey Shore and four Grandchildren Funeral services were held Saturday, 1:00 P.M. at Helt Funeral Chapel, 232 Hogan Blvd., Mill Hall with Rev. Dee Calhoun officiating. Burial was in Rest Haven Memorial Park, Lock Haven.
