Ethel N. Ferree

Ethel N. (Eberly) Ferree, 87, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at her residence in Springfield Township. She was the wife of the late Dannis R. Ferree to whom she was married for 65 years.

Born November 08, 1938 in Dallastown, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Carry (Hildebrand) Eberly.

She was employed with Raab Fruit Farms in Dallastown for 40 years.

A long-time member of Salem Lutheran Church – Jacobus, she enjoyed reading and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Mrs. Ferree is survived by her daughter, Debra A. Mitzel and husband, Michael of Dover; three grandchildren, Shawni Mitzel, Tyler Mitzel and Alli Mitzel; four great grandchildren, Siearra Toomey, Hailey Rodgers, Ryker Mitzel and Sienna Mitzel. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Sylvester Eberly and Paul Eberly and one sister, Katherine Eberly.
