Esther C. Fritz

York—Esther C. Fritz, 77, died Saturday, November 19, 2011 at her residence in Springettsbury Township. A Celebration of Life Service will be 10 AM, Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd, York, with the Rev. Richard B. Starr officiating. A viewing will be held from 9-10 AM, Wednesday, at the funeral home. Burial will be private in Prospect Hill Cemetery. Born July 18, 1934 in Mercersburg, she was a daughter of the late Dora C. (Fritz) McCann. She was a former employee of Shadowfax until her retirement. She enjoyed western movies, country music, trips to the pet store, watching cooking shows and had a great sense of humor.
