Born on August 29, 1947 in Oslo, Norway, she was the daughter of the late Storm Wiik and Vesla (Wiik) Atkins. Elizabeth was a homemaker.

Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Stacey Miller-Lewis and her husband, Justin of Glen Rock; son, Jeffrey Rubenstein and his wife, Susan of Hanover; and six grandchildren, Hailey, Brooklyn, Joey, Maddox, Bella, and Mikaela.
