E. Romaine (Douglas) Phipps

CUMMING, GEORGIA – E. Romaine Phipps, 92, passed away Friday, June 27, 2014. She was the wife of the late Louie M. Phipps. Born in Windsor, she was the daughter of the late David L. and Erma Y. (Baker) Douglas. She had attended Bible Fellowship Church and was retired from Susquehanna Medical Clinic. Surviving is a daughter, Joan Hubbard of Cumming, GA; a son, Douglas L. Phipps of Wellington, FL; four grandchildren; and one great grandson. She was preceded in death by a sister, Donaline Fake; and a brother, Larry Douglas.
