Dorothy S. Ilgenfritz

BOCA RATON, FL- Dorothy S. (Sensenig) Ilgenfritz, 78, formerly of Weigelstown, died Sunday, November 21, 2010 at Boca Raton Regional Hospital. She was the wife of the late Richard A. Ilgenfritz. A Celebration of Life Service will be 2 p.m. on Friday, November 26, 2010 at St. David's Evangelical Congregational Church, 2411 Oakland Rd., in Dover. Burial will be private in Highmount Cemetery in Hellam. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York is in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Ilgenfritz was born in Lancaster on August, 19, 1932, a daughter of the late Clayton F. and Edna (Kauffman) Sensenig. Mrs. Ilgenfritz was a member of St. David's Evangelical Congregational Church in Dover and a member of First United Methodist Church in Boca Raton, FL. She was a life-long volunteer for many organizations including: York Strand Capital Performing Arts Center, York County Blind Center and a senior center in the York Area. Mrs. Ilgenfritz leaves a son, Brian L. Ilgenfritz of Harvest, AL, a daughter, Cindy S. Ilgenfritz of Boca Raton, FL and a sister, Betty Nauman of East Petersburg. In lieu of flowers, a memorial gift may be made to St. David's Evangelical Congregational Church, 2411 Oakland Rd., Dover, PA 17315.
