Dorothy J. Mundy

POTTSVILLE- Dorothy J. Mundy, 81, resident Pinebrook Nursing Home, Orwigsburg,formerly of Quakertown, PA, passed away Monday at the nursing home. Born in Kulpsville, PA on April 20, 1928 she was a daughter of the late Norman A. and Ella M. Smith Keese. Dorothy was a 1946 graduate of Selperk High School. She retired from Delta Airlines in Florida after many years of service where she coordinated domestic flights. She was of the Lutheran faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Mundy. She is survived by her brother, Edward Keese, husband of Diane, of Reedsville; her sister, Mary Knitter, of Spring Grove, PA; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be private. Schlitzer-Allen-Pugh Funeral Home, Inc., 6th & West Market Streets, Pottsville, is in charge of arrangements.
