Donna L. "Lynn" Bennett

FAWN GROVE – Beloved Donna L. "Lynn" Bennett, 74, passed away on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at York Hospital surrounded by family. She was the loving wife of the late Henry Herbert Bennett, Jr. and the couple shared 39 years of marriage.

Born September 10, 1951 in Baltimore, Maryland, Lynn was a daughter of the late William and Hazel (Trout) Harvey. After graduating High School, Lynn worked full-time in a dental office for many years and covered many roles. She was an avid animal lover and enjoyed watching and feeding the birds. Lynn cherished her time spent with her horses, dogs, cats, and her loving family. In her free time, she enjoyed the hours spent in her gardens, going for coffee, and visiting the local thrift stores.

Lynn is survived by her four children, Kimberly Amberman, Karie Brooks and her husband Evan, Kelly Bennett and her partner Duane Jennings, and Kody Bennett; four grandchildren, Kyle Amberman and his wife Morgan, Madison Amberman and her partner Alexander Yale, Austin Hedrick, and Kaylee Funk; ; one great-grand daughter, Eleanor Amberman; two sisters, Karen Dominick, and Tammy Hewitt; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, Lynn is preceded in death by two brothers, Denny Harvey and Billy Harvey.

A Celebration of Lynn's Life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Olewiler and Heffner Funeral Chapel, 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion, PA, is honored to serve the family.
