Deborah Ann (Ness) Bull, 64, of Red Lion, passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at her residence. She was the wife of Gregory R. Bull to whom she was married for 30 years.
A Celebration of Life Tribute Service will be held at 11:00 AM on May 16, 2026 at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion with Celebrant Amy Favorito officiating. A visitation will be held from 10 – 11:00AM
Deborah was born in York on November 19, 1961, daughter of the late Bruce and Constance “Connie” (Trone) Ness. After high school Deborah graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with her associate degree. She was a member of Otterbein Church, now Spry Church, where she married her husband Gregory on May 27, 1995.
Mrs. Bull had a deep love for needlepoint, cross-stitch, and diamond art. She spent many peaceful hours gardening in her backyard. Above all, she cherished her grandchildren. Deborah and her husband shared a love for bluegrass festivals, camping adventures, and the companionship of their many beloved dogs.
Along with her husband, Mrs. Bull is survived by her son, Zackery Bull of Red Lion; stepson, Garrett and wife Jennifer Bull of Dallastown; three grandchildren, Audrey, Lawson, and Beckett Bull; a brother, Gregory Ness of Chalfont, PA; a sister, Marie Shapiro of Colorado; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her brother, Donald Ness; and sister, Diane Shaw.
