Deanna Marie Patton

RED LION-Deanna Marie (Eyler) Patton, 88, passed away on Thursday, January 1, 2026 at Sunrise of Frederick in Frederick, MD. She was the wife of the late Dr. Don Roy Patton, VMD.

A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m. on January 17, 2026 at Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc, with a visitation from noon-1 p.m. Pastor Connie Milchling will be officiating at the service. Burial will be private in Red Lion Cemetery.

Mrs. Patton was born in York on December 4, 1937, the daughter of the late Kramer and Catherine E. (Crimins) Eyler. She and her husband were the former owners and operators of Patton Veterinary Hospital in Red Lion.

Mrs. Patton was a member of Living Word Community Church and prior to that was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Red Lion. She and her husband served on many committees at both churches. She was also very active in the Red Lion Community. She enjoyed travelling extensively to many countries and spent some time living in France. She also modeled for a while for Dentsply.

Mrs. Patton leaves a daughter, Christina E. Koch and her husband Adam of Frederick, MD; four grandchildren, Miles, Quinn, and Graham Koch and Jessica Stone; two great grandchildren, Lovaeha Haley and Logan Stone; and a great, great grandson Elliot Walton. She was preceded in death by a son, Douglas S. Patton.
