Corrine S. (Davis) Hile

York—Corrine S. (Davis) Hile, 89, formerly a long time resident of Reading, died Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at Country Meadows of York-West. She was the wife of the late Allen B. Hile. A Celebration of Life Service will be private at the convenience of the family. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd, York is in charge of arrangements. Born January 26, 1927 in Wilkes-Barre, she was a daughter of the late Leo and Alice (Williams) Davis. She was employed as an Occupational Therapist for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She was a master needle worker and quilter. Mrs. Hile is survived by two daughters, Suzan Rickert and her husband, Ron of Westminster, CO and Jane Gordon of Dover; one son, David Hile and his wife, Margaret of Etters; seven grandchildren, Zachary, Andrew, Madalyn, Kaylyn, Katharine, Emily and Allen; three great grandchildren, Cameron, Sadie and Michael. She was preceded in death by one son, James Hile and five siblings.
