YORK – With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of Corey Dante Hartz, Jr., our beloved "Dancing Disco," who left this world too soon on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at the young age of 31.

Corey was born on July 19, 1994, in Baltimore, MD. He was a beloved son, cherished by his mother, Christina (Covington) Randle, and his father, Carlrome Randle Sr. Corey is also survived by his loving grandfather, Willie Covington Sr.; two grandmothers, Betty (Reed) Covington and Roxieama Garrett (Samuel); and his devoted aunt, Alisha Covington. He will be missed dearly by his five uncles: Dwight Roundtree, Willie Covington Jr. (Amy), Daniel Covington (Monneca), Dominick Randle (Katrina), and Vernell Randle. Additionally, Corey is survived by his two younger brothers, Breaun Randle and Carlrome Randle Jr., his sister, Camryn Randle, and his significant other, Danielle Eisenberger. He also leaves behind two beloved stepsons, Christopher and Dashawn Eisenberger, alongside a multitude of cousins and devoted friends who were lucky enough to share in his life.

Corey had an extraordinary gift for connecting with people, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew him. His gentle spirit embraced not only his friends and family but also children and animals, which he adored. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Carlrome Penn, whose memory he carried with him.

Corey's early years were filled with a passion for sports. He ignited his athletic journey by starting flag football at the age of four, quickly taking on the role of quarterback. His skill and leadership shone brightly from the very first day he played. At the age of eight, he discovered a love for basketball, which would remain a significant part of his life. He dedicated himself fully to both sports, showcasing his talent and determination throughout his schooling. Corey was a proud 2013 graduate of Central York High School, where he made lifelong friends and memories.

Corey, your loving spirit and infectious smile will be forever missed, and your legacy will live on in the hearts of those you touched.

With all our love, Mama and Dad.
