Connie S. Wagner

Manchester—Connie S. (Yeaple) Wagner, 72, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2026 at her residence in E. Manchester Township. She was the wife of the late Robert C. Wagner to whom she was married for 46 years.

Born May 17, 1953 in York, she was the daughter of the late Robert A. and Betty J. (Grab) Yeaple.

She was a homemaker to her husband, Robert and an avid reader.

Mrs. Wagner is survived by her sister, Joyce Yeaple and her companion, Rick Hetrick; one nephew, Christopher Carbaugh and his wife, Candance; two nieces, Mandy Sparks and her husband, Jerry and Cori Huynh and her husband, Eddie; brother-in-law, Neil Carbaugh and several great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one sister, Wanda Carbaugh.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd, York is in charge of arrangements.
