Colleen C. Wagner

DOVER – Colleen C. (Cunningham) Wagner, 70, passed away Saturday, January 28, 2023 at her residence. She was the wife of Kenneth R. Wagner, with whom she celebrated 53 years of marriage on November 22nd.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12:30 PM on Thursday, February 2, 2023 at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York. Certified Celebrant, Allison Duke will be officiating the service. A viewing will be held from 11:30 AM-12:30 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be held in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.

Born June 21, 1952 in York, she was the daughter of the late Merle and Estella (Gross) Cunningham.

She was a homemaker who also had many hobbies including camping, puzzles, playing cards, and going to casinos. Most of all, she loved spending time with her granddaughters and her dog.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Wagner is also survived by her three children, Cathy Nelson and her husband, Chuck of York, Kenneth Wagner of Wellsville and Travis Wagner and his wife, Tina of Dover; three granddaughters, Christina Nelson of York, Sara Wagner of Wellsville and Kylie Wagner of Dover; two brothers, Brian Cunningham of York and Merle Cunningham of Washington, and nieces and nephews. Mrs. Wagner is preceded in death by her brother Jim Cunningham.
