STEWARTSTOWN – Charlotte J. (Joines) Amspacher, 83, passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at her residence. She was the wife of the late William David Amspacher to whom she was married 63 years before his passing in 2024.
A Celebration of Life Tribute Service will be held 11:00 AM, Monday, July 7, 2025 at Round Hill Presbyterian Church, 7632 Church Road, Felton, PA 17322 with Rev. Dr. Dave Feiser and Rev. Dr. Chet Joines officiating the service. There will be a visitation from 10-11:00 AM at the church. Burial will take place at the church cemetery. Olewiler and Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., Red Lion, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born June 30, 1942 in High Rock, PA, she was a daughter of the late Reid E. and Lura M. (Walker) Joines. For most of her working life, Charlotte was an entrepreneur finding passion in catering weddings, interior design, and even a bed and breakfast. Outside of her hard work, she was a member at Round Hill Presbyterian Church. In her free time, she loved gardening, decorating, painting, creating floral arrangements, and hosting tea parties. Her family remembers her as a creative and caring woman.
Surviving are her two children, Brett S. Amspacher and his wife Donna of Morris Plains, NJ and Kim S. Wisnom and her husband Gordon of Stewartstown; five grandchildren, Ryan Amspacher and his wife Melissa, Tyler Amspacher, Emily Amspacher, Rachel Wisnom, and Nicholas Wisnom and his wife Lauren; three great-grandchildren, Chase Amspacher, Ellie Wisnom, and Nixon Wisnom; two brothers, John and Clarence Joines; and three sisters, Dollie Hill, Shirley Dixon, and Martha Conrad. She is preceded in death by her siblings, Mabel Jones, Virginia Miller, Betty Swift, Edward, Hort, Charles, Robert, Marvin, and David Joines.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Eureka Volunteer Fire and Ambulance, Inc., PO Box 457, Stewartstown, PA 17363.
