Brant A. Stein

RED LION – Brant A. Stein, 56, passed away Sunday, January 7, 2024, at York Hospital following a lengthy illness. He was the husband of Candice A. (Franks) Stein, to whom he was married in 1994.

Born March 7, 1967, in York, he was a son of Rodger Stein and the late Ferne (Heindel) Stein. In addition to his wife, Candice, Brant is survived by two children, Brayden A. Stein and Bella N. Stein, and a brother, Brad D. Stein and his family. He is preceded in death by his mother, Ferne.

Mr. Stein was a 30-year employee at Johnson Controls, most recently as Plant Engineering Manager. Outside of work, Brant enjoyed traveling, American history, watching college and pro football and basketball, and was a big car enthusiast. He mostly enjoyed spending time with his family, including their 3 dogs.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., Red Lion, is assisting the family with arrangements.
