THOMASVILLE—Bonnie R. (Riffey) Welle, 82, passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at her grandson’s residence in W. Manchester Township. She was the wife of the late Alan C. Welle, Sr. A Celebration of Life Tribute will be private at the convenience of the family. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd, York is in charge of arrangements. Born March 17, 1938 in Woodstock, VA, she was a daughter of the late Byrd G. and Mary E. (Guess) Riffey. She was employed as an inspector for many years at York Tape and Label. After her retirement she enjoyed working the deli counter at Weis Market in Dover. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to SPCA, 3159 N. Susquehanna Trail, York, Pa 17406.
