YORK- Bobby R. Smeigh, 64, died Friday, June 14, 2013 at Manor Care Health Services-Kingston Court in York. Mr. Smeigh was born in York on December 31, 1948, the son of the late Oscar C. and Madelyn (Lehr) Smeigh. Mr. Smeigh leaves two brothers, Barry and Jeff Smeigh; and two sisters Bonnie Barshinger and Deb Laughman. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in york is in charge of the arrangements. Services will be private.
