Betty Lee (Streett) Saylor

WINDSOR – Betty Lee (Streett) Saylor, 80, passed away Monday, December 31, 2012 at her home. She was the wife of Preston E. Saylor, Jr. to whom she was married for 63 years on October 9, 2012. A celebration of life tribute service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion. A visitation will be held from 9-10:00 AM Saturday at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Born August 18, 1932 in Edgemere, MD a daughter of the late Arthur and Sally Streett, Betty worked as a seamstress for various sewing factories in the area. She enjoyed fishing in Ocean City, reading, and completing crossword puzzles. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Saylor is survived by a daughter, Joyce M. and husband Fred Henry of York; a son, Gregory A. Saylor of Phoenix, AZ; three grandchildren, Lauren, Marc, and Andrea Henry; and a brother, James Streett.
