YORK- Betty J. (Heffner) Fitzkee, 83, passed away Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at Normandie Ridge. She was the wife of the late David E. Fitzkee Mrs. Fitzkee was born in Felton on September 12, 1935, a daughter of the late Walter G. and Florence (Heiss) Heffner. She had worked for Seven Up Bottling Company. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York is in charge of arrangements. Private burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery.
