Betty C. (Funk) Troup

Betty C. [Funk] Troup, 75 of Wrightsville, died Saturday, April 14, 2007 at York Hospital. She was the wife of the late Stewart Troup. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday at Beaver Urich Funeral Home, Inc., 305 West Front Street, Lewisberry. Burial will be in Emanuel Cemetery. A viewing will be from 10-11:00 AM Thursday at the Funeral Home. Born September 9, 1931 in Dillsburg, a daughter of the late Vance and Cordelia [Pentz] Funk, she retired from Tate Access Floors in Red Lion. She was a member of Susquehanna Senior Center. Mrs. Troup is survived by four sons, Randy Troup and Barry Troup both of York, Gary Troup of Wrightsville, Vernon Troup of Red Lion; three daughters, Sharon Myers of Windsor, Barbara Zeigler of Dillsburg, and Gloria Kline of Dover; 14 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and a brother, Eugene Funk. She was preceded in death by a son, Wayne Troup; and a brother, Robert Funk. Memorial contributions may be made to American Lung Association, 1560 W. Market St., York, PA 17404.
