Betty (Berlew) Mosley

WILKES-BARRE-Betty Mosley, 56, of Hillcrest Road, Wilkes-Barre, died Tuesday, July 3, 2007 in Hospice Care of the VNA, Heritage House, Wilkes-Barre. Born in Wilkes-Barre on October 31, 1950, she was a daughter of the late Willard and Mary Ann (Mitchell) Berlew. She graduated from Wilkes University with a BSN. Prior to her retirement, she was employed by Wilkes-Barre General Hospital as a registered nurse for over 20 years. A brother, Willard Berlew, preceded her in death. She is survived by her loving husband, Donald Mosley, Sr.; sons Andrew Mosley, Bear Creek; Donald Mosley, Jr. and his wife, Julie, Wilkes-Barre; daughter Melissa Mosley, Wilkes-Barre; 7 grandchildren; brother John Berlew, Wilkes-Barre; sisters Jane Baker and Maryann Zim, both of Wilkes-Barre; several nieces and nephews. A memorial mass will be held Friday at 10:00 a.m. in Blessed Sacrament Church, 213 East Main St., Miners Mills with the Reverend Joseph Kearney officiating. Friends may call Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Kniffen O'Malley Funeral Home, Inc., 465 South Main St., Wilkes-Barre.
