Ann H. Barrenger

YORK – Ann (Harper) Barrenger, 89, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2025 at Yorkview Nursing & Rehabilitation. She was the wife of the late Charles Edwin Barrenger.

Ann was born on July 1, 1935 in Easton, Maryland. She retired from the former York Federal Savings & Loan where she was a teller for many years.

Mrs. Barrenger is survived by a son, Eric C. and wife Linda Barrenger of York. She was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Harper.

Tribute Services and burial in St. Paul’s (Wolf’s) Union Cemetery will be private. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York is in charge of arrangements.
