Alonzo T. Mitchell

YORK – Alonzo T. Mitchell, 54, passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2023.

Born August 17, 1968 in York, Mr. Mitchell was a son of Lugenia (Smallwood) Washington, and the late Leon Mitchell. Alonzo always looked forward to attending the Shadowfax day programs. He was lovingly nicknamed Super Fudge.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Mitchell is survived by three brothers, Joseph Smallwood, Aaron Mitchell, and Jerelle Dortch; a sister, Tamara Mitchell; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his paternal father, Mr. Mitchell is preceded in death by his step-father, Lamont Washington.
