Allison C. Malachosky

YORK- Allison C. (Bristow) Malachosky, 61, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 1, 2026.

Born on June 10, 1965 in Allentown, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of Donald A. Bristow and the late Barbara L. (Heintz) Bristow.

A proud and protective mother, caring daughter, and steadfast sister, Allison anchored her entire life around her family. Those fortunate enough to have known her surely heard stories of their accomplishments; they hope she knew they were just as proud of her.

She was intelligent, devoted, and benevolent. Through her positions in both the Nursing Department and the Enrollment Office, Allison dedicated 19 years to serving students at York College of Pennsylvania with the same attention, empathy, and generosity she showed to those closest to her.

She is survived by her father, Donald; her children, Evan T. Malachosky (Noel) and Emily C. Malachosky (Maxxwell); her sister, Jill M. DiNino (Paul); her brother, Stephen M. Bristow (Jennifer); and an extended family of beloved nieces and nephews: Sean, Alexander (Rachel), Brynn (Sean), Megan (Ian), and Madison. She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara, and her son, Cameron.

A private service will be held for family members. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Allison's honor to the York County SPCA.
