FELTON- Thomas G. Henise, 57, of Cross Roads, died Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at his residence. He was the husband of Wanda J. (Lauer) Henise. The couple celebrated their 31st wedding anniversary on November 14, 2011. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 3, 2012 at Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place in Red Lion, with a visitation from 2-3 p.m. His pastor, The Reverend Michael G. Trimmer will be officiating at the service. Thomas was born in York on August 26, 1954, son of June T. (Clinton) Brown and her husband Richard Grove of Red Lion and Robert G. Henise and his wife Darlene of Winterstown. He worked for Stewart and Tate, Inc. for 22 years. Thomas was a member of Cross Roads United Methodist Church, Hellam VFW post 7045, National Street Rod Association, and enjoyed restoring automobiles. He leaves his beloved pets, Penny and Mick. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. Thomas leaves two daughters, Ashley J. Henise of Lancaster and Kelsey L. Henise at home, a God Child Joshua Carpenter of Red Lion; a brother Wesley Henise; four sisters, Judy Stiffler, Christine Lighty, Jody Carpenter, and Tara Krout; and a step brother, Wayne Getz.
