Beaumont TX - Teresa (Sacchetta) Notarangelo, 86, formerly of Milton entered the gates of heaven on October 10, 2012, surrounded by her family in Beaumont, TX. She was born in Bomba, Italy on March 14, 1926, the daughter of the late Donato and Angelina (Martorella) Sacchetta. She came to the United States on June 14, 1950 and lived in Milton for 57 years, before moving to Beaumont, TX, with her daughter and son-in-law Julie and Bruno Lioi. She was a former member of The St. Joseph Catholic Church, Milton, and a current member of St. Anne’s Catholic Church, Beaumont. Teresa worked at Chef-boy-ar-dee, and then retired from Reeds Dry Cleaners after 33 years. She spent her time traveling, knitting, crocheting, and going to exercise classes at Best Years Senior Center, as well as enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and community. She is survived by six children; Nick Notarangelo, of Milton, Dino Notarangelo and wife Dee, of Milton, Julie Lioi and husband Bruno, of Beaumont, TX, Mike Notarangelo, of Beaumont, TX, Joe Notarangelo and wife Christine, of West Milton, and Pete Notarangelo, of Pittsburgh, PA, four grandchildren; Brad Pfleegor, of Beaumont, TX, Kris Pfleegor and wife Candice, of Beaumont, TX, Emily Notarangelo, of Turbotville, PA, Jadan Notarangelo, of Milton, PA, and two great grandchildren; Ethan and Austin Pfleegor, of Beaumont, TX, along with a family friend Gary Gigliotti, of Pittsburgh, PA, and a very dear friend Josie Schuldt, of Beaumont, TX. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her husband Pietro, three brothers; Nicolo, Francesco, and Alessandro, one sister, Maria Di Santro. There will be a public viewing from 7-9 p.m., Monday, October 15, 2012, at The Dale E. Ranck Funeral Service, 125 N. Front Street, Milton, with a rosary at 8:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 16, 2012, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 109 Broadway, Milton, with the Reverend John D. Hoke as clebrant. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1945 E. Third St., Williamsport, Pa 17701.
