Shirley Mae Weiler

RED LION – Shirley Mae Weiler, 81, passed away Sunday, October 21, 2012 at Rest Haven – York. Funeral services and burial will be private at Red Lion Cemetery. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion is in charge of arrangements. Born January 31, 1931 in Red Lion a daughter of the late Paul H. and Mabel P. (Emenheiser) Weiler, she was a graduate of Red Lion High School and had attended Bloomsburg University. Miss Weiler retired from York International after more than 25 years of service. She had volunteered for Red Lion Mobile Food Services and was a member of the York International 25 year club and Bethany United Methodist Church. Miss Weiler is survived by a nephew, Theodore “Ted” Weiler, II and wife Dona of Niles, MI; two nieces, Tamara S. and husband Don Hartman of York and Tara L. and husband Ken Weidner of Royersford, PA; great nephews, Nicholas D. and Zachary D. Hartman; and great nieces, Marissa B. and Elizabeth Q. Weidner. She was preceded in death by a brother, Theodore C. Weiler. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethany U.M.
