LEWISBERRY- Sarah L. Myers, 86, died on October 23, 2009 at her residence with her family by her side. She was the loving wife of the late Earl G. Myers. A Celebration of Life Service will be 10 a.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at Mt. Airy United Methodist Church with her Pastor Don Yorks officiating. Viewings will be on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at Beaver-Urich Funeral Home, 305 W. Front St., Lewisberry, from 7-9 p.m. and on Wednesday from 9-10 a.m. at the church. Burial will be at Suburban Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Myers was born on April 13, 1923 in New Cumberland, a daughter of the late Nicholas and Buellha Brown. Mrs. Myers worked as a housewife. Mrs. Myers was a member of Mt. Airy United Methodist Church. She loved sewing, especially making quilts. She also enjoyed flowers, gladiolas specifically and baking. Mrs. Myers is survived by five sons, Henry Brown of Lewisberry, Gordon Myers and his wife Bonnie of Lewisberry, Forest Myers and his wife Gwen of Pensacola, FL, William Myers of Carlisle, and Ted Myers of Lewisberry; one daughter, Dixie and her late husband Leslie VonGillern of Lewisberry; eight grandchildren, Tammy, April, Dawn, Amy, Sabrina, Shawn, Kasey, and Kendra; one brother, Cecil and his wife Dorothy Brown; and two sisters, Jessie Zweiger and Annabel Gross.
