MILTON - Paul Edward Reichelderfer, 66, died on Sunday, May 15, 2011 at the Wilkes-Barre Veterans Medical Center. Paul was born on October 31, 1944 in Milton and was the son of Sarah Kathryn (Betts) Reichelderfer of Watsontown and the late Edward Foley Reichelderfer. He had graduated from Milton High School in 1963. He was a PFC with the US Army and served during the Vietnam War. On June 12, 1993, he married the late Shirley J. (Moyer) who had died on March 5, 1996. He was a former member of the Christ United Methodist Church, Selinsgrove and a member of the VFW 1665, American Legion Post 71 and the Disabled Veterans Association. In addition to his mother, he is survived by one stepdaughter and stepson-in-law; Kathy and James “Jimmy” Fritchman of Lewisburg, three step grandchildren; Kevin, Amy and Andrew Fritchman, all of Lewisburg, one brother and sister-in-law; Howard F. and Nancy Reichelderfer of Hughesville and three sisters and two brothers-in-law; Edna Mae and Robert Newton, Jr. of Watsontown, Helen K. Leon of Milton and Mary L. and James Bieber of Muncy. There will be a public viewing from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday, May 19, 2011 at The Dale E. Ranck Funeral Service, 125 N. Front St., Milton with the funeral service starting at 2:00 p.m. The Reverend Jill V. Seagle will officiate the services. Burial will follow in Lewisburg Cemetery with military honors.
