Letha J. (Plunkett) Hinton

YorkLetha J. (Plunkett) Hinton, 85, passed away Saturday, December 4, 2010 at Manor Care Health Service-South. She was the wife of the late Gordie C. Hinton. A celebration of life service will be 1:30 PM Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at Heffner Funeral Chapel and Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd, York. A viewing will be held from 12-1:30 PM Wednesday, at the funeral chapel. Burial will be held in Greenmount Cemetery. Born January 6, 1925 in York, she was a daughter of the late James and Marian (Smith) Plunkett. Mrs. Hinton is survived by one daughter, Rose M. Stump, three sons, Earl G., Charlie L., and Scott O. Hinton, 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Ted G., and Greg A. Hinton.
