Larry D. Reinhardt, Sr

Dover—Larry D. Reinhardt, Sr, 79, passed away Thursday, March 15, 2018 in Washington Township. He was the husband of Anita L. (Buhrman) Reinhardt to whom he was married for 60 years. A Celebration of Life Service for family and friends will be 1PM, Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Strinestown Fire Hall. Officiating the service will be Pastor Jason Keenan. Born July 18, 1938 in York, he was a son of the late Levi R. Crone and Esther D. Reinhardt. He was a self employed and operated a mobile home repair/service business for 35 years. Later he retired from the West Shore School District where he worked in their transportation dept. Mr. Reinhardt is also survived by nine children, Deb Koppenhaver (Larry), Kenneth Reinhardt (Shonna), Melinda Shoemaker (Randy), Lori Nagy, Patti Linkous (Mike Bowens), Stephanie Petridis, Brian Reinhardt (Noelle), Steven Reinhardt (Fifi), Lisa Davis (Bobby); 26 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren; brother, James Crone; sister, Carol Druck and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by a son, Larry “Dean” Reinhardt, Jr, two grandsons, Merv Smith Jr and Matthew Ott and a brother, Elwood Crone.
