YORK- Joel G. Michael, 73 passed away Thursday, January 25, 2018 at his residence. Services will be private. Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Rd. in York is assisting with the arrangements. Mr. Michael was born in Red Lion on March 21, 1944, the son of the late Glendon W. and Helen M. (Shaull) Michael. He worked for the PA Liquor Control Board, where he was an assistant manager of a liquor store.
